Every visit includes a complimentary visual Tide & Timber Home Check™. While we’re caring for your home, we keep an eye out for the little things... like a dripping faucet, unexpected moisture, a burned-out bulb, or something that simply doesn’t look right.
If we notice something, we’ll let you know. Simple as that.

*The Tide & Timber Home Check is a complimentary visual observation performed during your scheduled service. It is not a professional home inspection, maintenance inspection, safety inspection, or guarantee that problems will be identified. Our team reports visible concerns encountered during normal service but does not diagnose building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, or other systems.
